Welcome back Northbay Hootenanny!




The Rivertown Revival is proud to announce our official team- up with renowned and tireless promoters of local music... Josh Windmiller and The North Bay Hootenanny!

The Hootenanny ( has been very active in promoting North Bay musicians over the past three years.  These are the folks responsible for the music at the Handcar Regatta, the Gran Fondo, the "This Train" Woody Guthrie Folk Fair, and loads of other local music events.  The Hootenanny recently received a Boho Award for the many hours they have put into developing our local music scene (read about it here:

Last year, we happily joined forces with Josh and his crew to bring top-notch local musicians to three stages at the Revival.  This year, we are looking forward to bringing the event to the next level with even more new musical experiences and a fresh roster of dazzling performers!  Keep checking for updates...

And so, with Mr. Windmiller and the Hootenanny on board, we are ready to book the best year of music yet at the Rivertown Revival!  Let's get started...

Your participation and donations help immeasurably to produce the Rivertown Revival.

Here's the official scoop:

Lagunitas Brewing Company will be the host location for this fundraiser where the ticket price includes a full dinner as well as live music, and two drinks. Come and swing your girl to the stomping' sounds of Sonoma County bands, The Crux and The Easy Leaves.

Tickets to the event are $20. All proceeds will benefit the costs associated with producing the Rivertown Revival Festival, the July 21 celebration of Petaluma’s River History. The Rivertown Revival is itself a benefit for the Petaluma River Heritage Center.

As in all Rivertown Revival events, costume elements incorporating the styles of the early 20th century heyday of the Petaluma River are applauded.

The organizers are grateful to the sponsoring providers: Lagunitas Brewing Company, Mary’s Chicken, and Bros. BBQ, The Crux and The Easy Leaves.

Tickets are limited and will sell out.  Tickets may be purchased in advance at Lions &  Tigers & Hair in the Lan-Mart Building, 18 Kentucky Street, Petaluma.
